|2016 Milton M. Hill Quality Awards
||Each year, Atlas honors their best performing agents for their commitment to quality with the Milton M. Hill Quality Award. To earn this recognition agents must exceed exacting standards in every aspect of their business from customer service and customer satisfaction ratings, to safety, warehouse ratings and claims performance.

||Once again for the 2016 convention year, Alexander's Mobility Services was the largest Atlas agency family where every one of our locations earned the Milton M. Hill Quality Award, Atlas' top quality award. To date Alexander's has won this honor more times than any other Atlas agency.
|2016 Top Agent with Multiple Locations
||Earning recognition as Atlas' largest revenue producing multi-agency while maintaining the outstanding quality required to earn the Milton M. Hill Quality Award is a point of pride for Alexander's. For the 2016 convention year, Alexander's eight agency locations produced more revenue than any other multi-agency among Atlas' nearly 500 domestic agents. Additionally, we achieved second place for Atlas' Top Hauling Agents with Multiple Locations Award.

||In large measure, this award represents the overwhelming positive comments customers make about the service they receive from their Atlas Agents -- in fact, criteria includes an overall customer satisfaction rating of "Outstanding" and a minimum 90% of customers must report they would use Atlas again. Safety and claims are also very important and measured in this category. For the 2016 convention year, every Alexander's location received this award.
|2015 Customer Service Awards for Alexander's PVOs
||Alexander's drivers work hard to exceed our customer's expectations on each and every move. They strive to provide the perfect move each and every time. Those that succeed in meeting this goal are rewarded with the Atlas Customer Service Award. For 2014, 44 Alexander's professional van operators consistently exceeded the expectations of their relocating families, and were awarded the 2015 Atlas Scroll of Honor.
|2015 STG Quality Award
||As an Atlas agent, Alexander's Mobility Services brings quality across the transportation spectrum -- including the transportation of special products. We move everything from aerospace technology to dinosaurs exhibits. We have earned a reputation for providing high-quality service to customers needing to transport fine art, store fixtures, trade show exhibits and electronics.
The Atlas Specialized Transportation Group Quality Award is modeled after the Milton M. Hill Quality Award, but tailored specifically to the unique requirements of relocating specialized products. Criteria include a perfect 5.0 facility rating. For the 2015 convention year, 11 Atlas agents received the STG Award and Alexander's Hayward, CA and Portland, OR locations were among them.
